Our Quality Assurance

Our five main laboratories are equipped with the most modern and sophisticated equipment to ensure the highest standards and quality products. We analyze and control the chemical composition of steel and cast iron melts in our Spectrophotometery laboratory where test certificates are issued according to international standards. Chemical analysis is carried out on all raw materials so as to ensure their conformity to standards specifications. While the sand-testing lab is utilized to check and analyze all types of sand, cores and moulds, the Metallography laboratory is used to analyze the crystal structure of steel and cast iron products in an effort to ensure the effectiveness of the heat treatment cycles. In addition, the Mechanical Testing laboratory inspects the mechanical properties of produced castings before and after heat treatment.
